50% down payment required prior to design of project. If you have a specific time frame make your deposit now to assure that your site is completed by your launch date. Remaining balance is due promptly upon completion of site layout (all pages are up and running) and your approval of the design. Additional charges will apply if final payment is delayed more then 48 hours. Once deposit is made your designer will then begin to work on your design within 24 hours of consultation. Within 3-5 business days you will receive your first proof of the design to review. Please provide your designer with specific feedback within 48 hours of receiving the design proof. Your designer will then take your feedback and apply it to your design. Once that is complete you will be emailed the design for final review. We do not put a "cap" on revisions because we guarantee you will be 100% satisfied with your design. Once you approve the design no other design changes will be made and the site layout will be completed. Once all your pages are built we will add your "copy"/"text" to each of the pages. When providing us with the copy/text please make sure you have made all edits and adjustments. Once we receive the copy from you and place it into your website any additional edits you request will be billable at our normal hourly rate. If the copy for your website is not ready when all the pages are up and running we will give you 30 days to add your content. The 30 day period starts the day your final payment is requested. If you do not provide us with the content within that 30 day period our hourly rate of $50.00 per hour will be billable. Content includes audio files, videos, flash, images, meta tag information and text/copy. Feel free to email us with any questions prior to making your deposit. With all new website designs web hosting is required to be done through Mercy-Designs. If at any time you cancel your web hosting your website will become automatically suspended. Web Hosting must remain active in order for your website and professional emails to remain live. It is not permited at any time to use a third party web hosting company to host your Custom Website that was created by Mercy-Designs. Written permission from Mercy-Designs is required if you use our website for any other purpose then what was originally intended. Future edits that you may need to be done to your website may be done through any third party web design company or individual of your choice. You are not obligated to use Mercy-Designs as your primary web design company. Mercy-Designs is not responsible for any work performed by a third party. No Refunds are issued for web design work or custom website design work. By making your final web design payment you have agreed to all of these terms listed. Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. Copyright Infringement Policy We can only work as fast as client allows us; turn around time is client dependent. If contents are provided sooner, initial and on going instructions are clear, revisions requested are reasonable, turn around time is usually very less. On the other hand it could drastically increase due to client in-actions, delayed mockup approvals, back and forth change requests etc. The turnaround times that we give are based on actual statistics of jobs we have done in the past and are NOT guaranteed.
